How to Link Google Assistant with Disney Plus

If you own a Chromecast and subscribe to Disney Plus you can link the two so you have a remote-free and voice controlled experience.

Chromecast, Android TV, Chromecast with Google TV, Google Home, and select big-screen displays work great with Google Assistant. It allows you to use your voice to look up content, start playing movies and TV shows, and control playback without a remote. Here’s how to link your Disney Plus account to Google Assistant for easy access to voice control.

Link Disney Plus with Google Assistant

Launch the Google Home app on your iPhone or Android device to get started. Then tap the plus (+) icon at the top-left corner of the screen.

That’s all there is to it. Now your Disney Plus account is linked with Google Assistant. So now you can say things like, “Hey, Google, play The Mandalorian on my office TV.”
